  I took my car for an MOT and it came back as failed due to a worn shock absorber in the rear right of the car. I was charged £151 for a replacement and labour - I felt extremely overcharged given that that part only costs £33 to buy on the market. On top of that, I was told it would be there and ready in 2-3 days (from the Friday) but instead, as a result of the wrong part being ordered, it wasn’t ready for 5 days. Not a great trip to say the least but the work done was of a good quality.
