  After Poor customer service on the phone to an English call centre, I decided to travel through to Edinburgh Depot, I spoke to Derek in the office and Derek came out to inspect my windscreen, Derek informed me that my windscreen could be repaired,Derek told me to give him 2 minutes,Derek then came outside with a technician who looked at my windscreen and asked if I would like it repaired right now, I said that would be great,Derek told me to take a seat in the waiting room and have a coffee while he did my insurance paperwork and while the Technician repaired my windscreen, I wish every company gave good customer service like Derek gave to me,the Technician also came to speak with me and show me the repair which was great,my whole time at this location was 25 minutes and would thoroughly recommend this company but I suggest that the call centre staff need more training because they are actually putting customers off of using Auto Windscreens
